- vanilla yoghurt
- fruit (I used: Banana, Orange, honeydew)
- granola
- honey
- popsicle molds
How to proceed:
- Cut the fruit in pieces.
- Layer the vanilla yoghurt and the fruit until you only have ca. 1cm left. As a tip: shake the mold to get the yoghurt between the fruit and to fill up the entire mold.
- Mix the granola with honey and layer it on top of the yoghurt fruit mix.
- Put the popsicles where they belong and put the mold into the freezer.
- Let it freeze for at least 2h. Enjoy!
