Yoghurt Parfait

Hi! 35°C here in Hamburg today and I feel like melting away... But no complains about summer, am I right? So heres the solution: instead of having your normal yoghurt with a bunch of fruit for lunch, have it iced. Like on a popsicle, as an ice cream...



What you will need:

  • vanilla yoghurt
  • fruit (I used: Banana, Orange, honeydew)
  • granola 
  • honey
  • popsicle molds




How to proceed:
  1. Cut the fruit in pieces.
  2. Layer the vanilla yoghurt and the fruit until you only have ca. 1cm left. As a tip: shake the mold to get the yoghurt between the fruit and to fill up the entire mold.
  3. Mix the granola with honey and layer it on top of the yoghurt fruit mix.
  4. Put the popsicles where they belong and put the mold into the freezer.
  5. Let it freeze for at least 2h. Enjoy!
