Hi! For celebrating Christmas we need cookies. I found these peanut cookies in my favorite recipe book "New York - Christmas" and they're super easy and quick to make. I can really recommend this cooking book, it hasn't only just Christmassy recipes but also other New Yorker specialties!

- 100g salted peanuts
- Stir butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy.
- Mix in the egg and then the blended flour and backing powder gradually. The mixture should become smooth.
- Preheat the oven on 180°C and lay out the parchment paper on the tray.
- Hack the peanuts and put them on a plate.
- Take walnut size pieces of dough, dip them into the peanuts and then place them on the parchment paper.
