Ginger Shot

Hi! The leaves are beginning to change color and the temperature is getting low. This shifting weather is hard on our immune system, have you already got a cold? Heres the clue: ginger. And not only that, in this super easy to make ginger shot the second main ingredient is lemon, the fruit with the most vitamins! I guess you can say farewell to the cold and just enjoy the shifting seasons.
One ginger shot a day keeps the doctor away!



What you will need:

  • 2l water
  • 200g ginger
  • 2 ecological lemons
  • 20g cane sugar

How to proceed:
  1. Skin the ginger and slice it, as with the lemons.
  2. Cook the water with all the remaining ingredients 45 min.
  3. Let it cool off and fill the fluid in a bottle. 
  4. In the fridge its long-life is around one month, drink at least 20ml a day.
