Hi! On New Years Eve I was actually sick, but I am starting to get a bit more alive, compared to the "Friends" addicted corpse on my bed... So no juicy stories to tell really. My best friend slash neighbor got me to go over to her to celebrate a bit with them (she has magic powers), which was really nice. We did lead-pouring. It was predicted that I am going to go my way... Wow that a prediction!
Fireworks were great, just like my bed where I returned to quite quickly.
Heres the thing: I don't give myself resolutions. I think its stupid. I do it all the year around, just not on New Years and the week after. Lets be real, it never works this time a year.
For example: You can always start jogging but if you start now, a week or even a month from now you'll give up because its probably just too cold.
But now I am here, alive, after being so sick that the only thing I could eat (if I pushed myself), was a date and maybe a toast a day, so that I now surprisingly have lost some weight, which I so want to uphold. But now that I am getting better there is a high risk of the so called Jo-Jo-Effect.
Shivers... I guess everyone has heard from it. Its that, when you were on a diet and are super proud of yourself and then start eating like a normal person again and you get super fat.
The thing is, Ive never been on a real diet before. Not because I wouldn't need one, Nope, more because I just figured that I loved to eat and that I wanted a long lasting result if I would go through hell.
So Jo-Jo never was that big of a game player for me. But here I am in 2017, afraid of what might happen. So this is my Jo-Jo-Effect-Virgin plan aca resolution for the year to come (in fear that it could effect me even a year from now):
I have to eat healthy (so far so good and also bought some avocados), and I have to exercise, got the two different apps already ("Asana Rebel", "Sworkit").
The problem: They say you shouldn't exercise some days after being sick and I'm still coughing...
I'm as you know in the middle of a fight here and health is now suddenly just a little issue I can cure another time. School time perhaps. I don't give a damn unfortunatly...
Now, I know this isn't such a surprising plan. Actually that has been my normal plan since a while now, but well theres always a delicious burger pupping up in front of you and you gotta eat it, like it happened yesterday.
If you have any ideas how to win this fight against Jo-Jo, please comment down below!
This year I'll succeed! Prost to the New Year and all the resolutions...
