Hi! Its autumn again, my favorite season, so heres my pumpkin pie recipe!!!
What you will need:
Shortcrust dough:
- 250 g flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 75 g sugar
- 1 small egg
- 125 g butter
- 350 g pumpkin puree (homemade boiled or baked pumpkin)
- 100-125 grams of brown sugar
- per ½ teaspoon ginger u. muscat
- 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons sugar beet syrup (sugar syrup)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup whipping cream, 200 to 250 ml
Directions:
Ingredients for the Shortcrust dough knead and chill, then undress the springform pan, so that the edge shape is about 3 inches high.
Stir the remaining ingredients and pour them into the dough form.
