Pumpkin Pie

Hi! Its autumn again, my favorite season, so heres my pumpkin pie recipe!!! 

What you will need:
Shortcrust dough:
  • 250 g flour 
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 small egg
  • 125 g butter


Filling:
  • 350 g pumpkin puree (homemade boiled or baked pumpkin)
  • 100-125 grams of brown sugar
  • per ½ teaspoon ginger u. muscat
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of ground cloves
  • 2 tablespoons sugar beet syrup (sugar syrup)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup whipping cream, 200 to 250 ml


Directions:
Ingredients for the Shortcrust dough knead and chill, then undress the springform pan, so that the edge shape is about 3 inches high. 
Stir the remaining ingredients and pour them into the dough form.
Bake for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
