Hi! As some of you may know I was born in South Africa and visited almost every second year. It fills me with pride to know I come from a place so beautiful. I was searching long time for this banana bread which I love so much. Found it, baked it, enjoyed it, baked maybe 1 million times. Here’s the recipe so that also you can enjoy the banana bread fever!
What you will need is:
- 275g flour
 - 1 tsp. backing pouder
 - ½ tsp. sodium (bicarbonat)
 - ½ tsp. salt
 - 175g butter
 - 200g sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - ½ cup milk
 - 1 tsp. vanilla sugar
 - 3-4 Bananas
 
How to proceed:
- Stir butter and sugar until creamy.
 - Mix eggs and vanilla sugar to it.
 - Then give the flour with baking pouder, (baking soda) and salt to it.
 - Then the milk. Mix well.
 - Crush the bananas with a fork and then mix the crushed bananas to the dough.
 - Now fill in the batter in a well greased loaf pan and bake at 180 °C one hour.
