Marble Moon Phase

Hi! As the moon changes his form, it changes ours... Lets hang that on the wall!

What you will need:

• plasticine in for example black and white
• something round you can cut out with (like e.g. a jam jar lid)
• baking paper

How to proceed:

1. Roll out the baking paper.
2. Take a large portion of the light color of plasticine and add some small pieces of the dark one.
3. Knead together.
4. Now roll out. 
5. Cut the clay out, into the wished form. 
6. Carve two holes into the moon.
7. Follow the instructions of your plasticine.
8. Thread a cord through the holes.
9. Move the different moons on their place.
10. To fixate, make some knots into the cord where needed.

Hi! Pearls and sequins are pretty much something every girl loves and wants. This year designers like Valentino or Marc Jacobs show us the colorful parade of how to make them even more beautiful and interesting, definitely more wanted then ever before.
The pearl is a symbol of purity, harmony and humility. I guess those are all features we want to have and for which we strive... So, why not begin by pepping up the closet?

Mormors Apple Crumble

Hi! So this post will show you how to make a super easy crumble (no idea what to call this, is it cake?!). You can make it with all sorts of fruits, I guess... I only know the crumble with apple or plum, if you know any other fruits to make this crumble with, comment down below!
This recipe is from my grandma (Mormor is the danish translation), so tak Mormor for this delicious treat.

What you will need:

• Crumble:
• 200g flour
• 200g butter 
• 200g sugar 
• ca. 500g Apples

How to proceed:

1. Cut the butter in pieces and crumble it together with the flour with your hands.
2. Add the sugar and crumble again.
3. Fill the apples in to the greased pan.
4. Take the dough and let it crumble on to the apples.
5. Put it into the pre-heated oven for 20-30 min at 200°C.
6. Let it cool a bit off and then serve for example with vanilla ice cream or crème fraîche.

Candle Make Over

Hi! It ist January, almost February... Its cold, wet, dark outside and to make our indoor life even more hyggeligt (cosy in danish), light up some candles! I bought myself my first candle for my room yesterday at IKEA. To let the candle be an individual I draw some lines here and there. Now that candle has personality...
This DIY takes around five minutes, depending on your skills drawing lines ;)

What you will need:

• Candle in a glas (IKEA)
• Chalk Marker 

How to proceed:

1. Follow the instruction of your marker
2. Draw lines where you want them to be, horizontal or vertical no one will care because it will look great either way! (The lines must not be perfect!!! They actually look more fun when they are a little messy...)

Checked Case

Hi! So, just to remind you and stress you out when it comes to Christmas presents, heres something I made. Its something everyone can use and if you (or the one you will give it to) share the same love for cheque like I do, this will be a nice gift.

What you will need:

• fabric (checked)
• zipper
• sewing needle or sewing machine
• glitter glue

How to proceed:

1. You will form your fabric and secure it with needles. Attention! The side of the fabric you’re seeing should be the inside side.
2. Sew the fabric together but not on the side, where you want to have your zipper at the end. I am using the sewing machine hobby 1132 from Singer.
3. Sew the zipper to the fabric where you want to have it.
4. Now if you want to you can conclude the case with glittery details. I cut out this pattern, which is the letter M. 
5. Wait until the glue has dried.
6. Enjoy showing off you new checked case, made by yourself! Stylish ;) <3
